Free Standard Shipping Nationwide (Continental U.S.)

Nexsolace-outdoor offers free shipping for all online orders delivered within the continental United States. No shipping and handling fees will be applied to any pellet grill, griddle, and related pellet product orders.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to physical residential and commercial addresses within the continental United States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All orders require a standard processing period of up to 24 hours before shipment. Once processed, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5–7 business days. The average delivery time for all domestic orders is 7 business days after shipment.
